Effective content marketing can build inbound awareness and seed demand, but B2B marketers often struggle with how to do it well. Many still confuse the discipline of “content marketing” with “marketing with content,” which creates challenges with alignment, execution, and effectiveness. To build a strong inbound engine, companies must adopt a common understanding and consistent approach to their content marketing efforts. In this report, we introduce the Content Marketing Strategy Turbine, a research model that describes a best-practice content marketing strategy and execution process to fuel the always-on component of the B2B content engine.
