Investment in remote care technology is no longer optional; it’s a business imperative. US online adults who have used remote care indicate that they’re likely to seek it again, despite generational differences. Seventy-nine percent of Gen Z would use remote care again to get their general health questions answered, compared with 81% of Baby Boomers. Seventy-eight percent of Millennials would use remote care again to receive minor urgent care, compared with 84% of Gen X. In response, providers and healthcare organizations must prioritize investments in remote care technologies to improve healthcare access and elevate the patient experience.
