Forrester surveyed 108 Oracle implementation client references at the end of 2010 and found that overall client satisfaction is high; satisfaction was higher than in our previous study conducted in 2009. Oracle implementation services buyers were most satisfied with their providers' technical expertise and business process knowledge as it relates to the Oracle solution, but rated them lower in price transparency, value for money, and ability to hit project milestones. Sourcing professionals should focus on the following key areas when selecting a provider: pricing model offerings, industry expertise, and ability to innovate around client's strategic IT goals.
