Organizations Are Investing In AI And ML Service Providers For 2024

AI and machine learning (ML) service providers accelerate time-to-value and scale the impact of strategic applications to deliver the tremendous, cross-organizational outcomes that the technologies offer. Despite recession fears, 39% of technology decision-makers (TDMs) in services-related functions at US enterprises who responded to Forrester’s Budget Planning Survey, 2023, anticipate their organizations’ budgets for third-party providers for AI and ML services increasing by 5% or more in the next 12 months. A further 36% anticipate their budgets increasing between 1% and 4%. This is a snapshot of Forrester’s data on 2023 budget planning.
