Despite recession fears, 39% of technology decision-makers (TDMs) in services-related functions at US enterprises who responded to Forrester’s Budget Planning Survey, 2023, anticipate their organizations’ budgets for third-party providers for AI and ML services increasing by 5% or more in the next 12 months.
