Suppliers that deploy centralized partner demand services can significantly increase channel marketing's impact on the business. Channel demand services can be delivered by a centralized channel marketing hub, regional or business unit marketing, or last-mile execution support resources. A centralized services model that leverages both external and internal resources supports the transition to partner-led demand. Centralization improves program breadth and depth, but requires close coordination and an organized support structure. In this report, we describe seven types of channel demand services that are typically provided by centralized channel marketing.
