A recent Forrester survey shows that 77% of US online adults consider product price leads to be among the most important factors when they make a purchase. The next most important attributes among these consumers are product information or specifications (44%), shipping information (43%), and brand reputation (41%). The security of personal information and product safety are tied to round out the top of the list (34% for each). Brands must directly address these top buying considerations for their customers in their marketing, advertising, and merchandising — particularly important in the current time of inflation and higher prices for numerous goods.
