Chief trust officers (CTrOs) ensure their organization’s commitment to trust is authentic, intentional, and successful. In this report, we outline the common requirements, experience, and expertise necessary to operate in this role. As well as highlighting their organizational interlocks and performance metrics, we list some of the behaviors and characteristics that’ll set CTrOs up for success.
