Summary

This role profile provides a job description and competency inventory for the conversation designer role. Conversation designers are responsible for leading the design of natural language exchanges between bots (variously known as chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice interfaces) and users (such as customers and employees). The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent language skills (in linguistics and especially writing), solid user research expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities (especially with engineering).
