The recent Forrester Industry Wave™ evaluation of payment apps in India assessed the functionality and user experience (UX) of eight Indian payment app providers. Our evaluation uncovered a number of functionality mistakes that payment providers make with their apps. This report describes lessons that digital banking leaders can learn from examples of the best payment apps in India to avoid these errors in their own apps.
