Your risk management program needs a well-represented procedure to manage the process for how your organization complies with its risk policy. Procedure documentation should be very detailed and owned entirely by the people complying with the policy. Changes do not require a complex change management process. It’s up to the team complying with the policy to determine its own procedure. This document is the blueprint for auditing to assess your risk management program; if you hit it out of the park, the auditors leave in the fifth inning. This report includes a template to jump-start the creation of your risk management procedure.
