The Agile Assessment For Product Management

Although more than 80% of B2B organizations are using agile development, more than 70% of product managers report that their organizations struggle with aspects of agile. To operate effectively in an agile environment and improve where needed, organizations must regularly conduct assessments to analyze their agile approach. In this report, we introduce the Agile Assessment For Product Management, which organizations can use to assess their agile approach and determine whether important elements are in place to enable product management to optimize agile operation.
