Nothing moves slowly at emerging B2B organizations, but the key to winning is being focused and consistent. Insights from emerging companies that are experiencing moderate growth (one percent to 20 percent annual revenue growth) can reveal the optimal mix of people, processes, and technology necessary to achieve focus and consistency. In this report, we present findings and recommendations that identify the people, process, and technology characteristics of moderate-growth emerging companies and indicate how these companies achieve and sustain steady growth.
