An enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization is a fundamental reorganization of the enterprise around data fluidity, composable architecture, and AI readiness. It moves beyond overcoming organizational silos; it requires establishing governance for a sustainable standardized setup, ensuring data integrity for the operationalization of genAI and agentic AI and fostering an intelligent platform. This tool provides a RACI model for a successful ERP modernization regardless of scale. The goal is to ensure that the platform not only addresses the needs of the primary group of users but also satisfies the requirements of other groups whose role and function depend in some way on that solution.
