The Forrester Emerging-Company Sales Readiness Assessment Tool is designed to help emerging companies generating less than $100 million in annual revenue rate the importance and current maturity of the elements of sales readiness within their organization. This assessment also can be used to determine individuals’ relative level of readiness to competently manage their responsibilities and highlight what gaps need to be closed. The results of the assessment are displayed in a color-coded table that allows companies to easily identify where gaps between importance and sales readiness maturity exist and, ultimately, where they should focus their efforts first.
