Forrester asked marketing leaders at emerging companies about the importance of various growth strategies for their organizations and asked them to name their biggest challenges when trying to implement Intelligent Growth strategies (i.e., new buyers, productivity, new markets, new offerings, acquisition). While growth through new buyers continues to be the top priority, the importance of growth through productivity has increased significantly. In this report, we review the five Intelligent Growth strategies in order of their importance to emerging companies and present findings and observations that emerging companies can leverage to support their growth.
