Applications remain a top vector for external breaches in Europe (as represented by France, Germany, and the UK), and European CISOs have made improving application security a top priority. However, compared with other regions, European firms lag in adoption of modern application security tools like API security and bot management. In this report, we share some key application security trends in Europe and recommend steps to help European security pros close the gap with their global peers.
