The employee performance appraisal is an underperforming, periodic business process that is loathed by both employees and managers alike. Going forward, we believe employee performance will be transformed to deliver results using continuous methods and advanced technologies. In this report, we examine the traditional employee performance process and define guidelines that will help tech executives partner with HR and senior leadership to reinvent employee performance management.
