More than two in five US online adults have used or are interested in using automated checkout technologies (e.g., scan and go, smart cart, just walk out) when shopping at a retail store (excluding grocery stores). This is a snapshot of Forrester’s consumer data on interest in and adoption of automated checkout technologies in retail stores.
