July 24th, 2020

Summary

The pandemic recession has revamped technology and services spending — down for some categories and up for others. This story highlights insights from the Forrester Analytics Business Technographics® Priorities And Journey COVID-19 Recontact Survey, 2020, to help services firms during the crisis. To survive the pandemic recession, services firms must double-down on existing clients and value alignment.
