Health plans, employers, government agencies, and other healthcare stakeholders use health risk assessments (HRAs) as a means of understanding a population's baseline health behaviors and attitudes as well as for assessing progress over time. The growth of interest in health and wellness interventions over the past few years has led to a proliferation of vendors offering HRA solutions, most of which look remarkably similar in their core offerings. To choose the right partner for standalone HRA implementations, customer experience professionals should focus on how prospective vendors' question flexibility, channel support, and analytics breadth align with broader wellness and disease management program goals.
