Principal Consultant, Forrester
Alisha is a principal consultant, leading content marketing consulting in Forrester’s APAC Consulting practice.
In this role, Alisha works with Forrester’s clients to help them better understand and engage with their customers through custom marketing content driven by objective research.
Her team works with B2B marketers and technology professionals on various studies including the development of independent-data-fueled thought leadership content, articulating the business value of technology investment decisions, assessing the market opportunity for growth, and measuring customer experience.
Previous Work Experience
Prior to joining Forrester, Alisha held several roles in strategic planning and brand consulting in Australia and Singapore. In these roles, she designed and led custom research and strategic branding projects to help companies build and redefine their value proposition through customer insight, strategic positioning, and CX strategy.
