Allison Mistlebauer is the Managing Director of the Client Experience Solutions organization for Schwab Advisor Services. Her organization is focused on strengthening the relationship between people and digital capabilities for both advisors and our client-facing service staff. The team’s goal is to help advisors utilize our modern, and easy to use platform and to deliver a best-in-class client service experience that fuels firm growth while continuing to meet the ever-changing and complex custody needs of advisors. Mistlebauer’ s teams include Digital Experience & Adoption, Service Excellence & Desktop Experience, Advisor Analytics & Voice of Client Programs, Service Demand & Employee Planning & Analysis, Field Communications & Business Operations, and Service Readiness & Quality Solutions; all designed to improve the way we serve advisors and bring people and technology together.
Mistlebauer has over 25 years in the Financial Services industry; she began her career at Schwab in 2008 on an Advisor Services Client Experience team focused on helping advisors make the transition to the independent investment advisor model. During her 16-year tenure at Schwab, Mistlebauer has held several roles in Client Experience, and most recently led the Sales Strategy, Support and Operations team for Advisor Services.
Mistlebauer holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Delaware and her Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
