Annick Maenhoudt has been managing AG Insurance’s IT development teams since 2019.

With a master’s degree in mathematics, Annick has spent most of her career in the IT world.

She began her career at Michelin, where she spent 5 years managing international IT projects. She joined AG in 1996, where she held various IT positions, from Database Administrator to Head of the Development Division for Non-Life insurances.

In 2012, she moved to the business side of the equation, taking over as Head of AG’s Health Care business. She held this position for 7 years, before returning to IT in 2019, when she took charge of all IT development teams.

Married, mother of 2 and young grandmother of Hugo, Annick Maenhoudt now heads a large team of 650 developers who manage and develop AG’s application assets, a real differentiator in the Belgian insurance market. Icing on the cake: Annick Maenhoudt’s management team is a perfect balance of women and men.
