Chief Marketing Officer, Xerox

Darren Cassidy has served as chief marketing officer since September 2025. In this role, Darren oversees all global marketing and communications functions, including demand generation, brand, sponsorships, marketing AI transformation and external communications.

Darren previously served as president of Western Europe named accounts and, before that, EMEA Global Document Services, where he led transformative initiatives across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Throughout his 35‑year career with Xerox, he has held multiple sales and operational leadership roles across both direct and channel businesses in EMEA and North America. He has also led global supplies and managed document services.

Beyond his core responsibilities, Darren supports youth empowerment through partnerships with The King’s Trust and contributes to employee engagement through Xerox employee resource groups. He is also committed to professional development, frequently speaking on leadership under pressure, authenticity, and practical tools for navigating demanding environments
