Technical Product Manager — Conversational AI, Fabletics

Francesca Del Gobbo is Technical Product Manager — Conversational AI at Fabletics, where she led the implementation of Cognigy’s Conversational AI platform across voice and webchat for four fashion brands, and now drives optimization through AI Agents and RAG. Previously, she held Oracle roles spanning virtual assistants, NLP, knowledge management, search, and machine learning. She holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from UC Irvine and won Cognigy’s Agentic AI Champion US Award at Nexus 2026.
