Global Head of Customer Experience, HSBC

I have a passion for customers and to develop business and people to make a significant impact. I’ve spent the last 15 years managing businesses, developing products and creating marketing strategies to support these. With experience in FMCG, utilities, financial services and not-for-profit sectors across many geographies including Africa, North America and Europe, I have gained a wealth of knowledge about leadership, culture and what it takes to build a successful team.

I joined HSBC in 2016 and during this time I have led the Global Retail Business Banking business responsible for strategy and commercial growth of the segment. I also held the position of Group Head of WPB Customer Marketing where I was responsible to lead and develop the marketing strategy to support the strategic priorities and growth ambition of the Wealth and Personal Bank globally.

Prior to HSBC, I held roles most recently in Standard Bank where I was responsible for Liabilities in a regional role working across Africa and Citi where I led Banking Products and Proposition. I have also worked for Lloyds Banking Group and TD Bank and have lived in Toronto, Johannesburg, Paris and London.

I’m currently Global Head of Customer Experience for HSBC based in London
