Jade has been working with corporations – in various capacities – related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DEI”) for 5 years professionally but points out that it has been part of her own journey and life incorporation for most of her life.

She has delivered presentations to banks, hospital networks and social service centers. She is passionate about helping leaders realize their role (and relative ease) in improving DEI programs. She takes a practical approach to help leaders understand what can be achieved, one step at a time. During the last six months, Jade has refocused some of her attention to causes and presentations specifically related to trans-affirming care and support. As part of the transgender community, she recognizes the need for a specific highlight on several such topics.

Jade’s career spans 16 years of experience with Financial Crimes Compliance at various international financial firms. Additionally, Jade has been actively pursuing two tech (web app) projects.

As much as Jade loves speaking and presenting, her favorite roles are traveling the world for speaking inspiration and being a “fur mommy” to a beautiful German Shepherd named Kostas. They reside here in Manhattan.
