A seasoned marketing and communications professional, Louise has more than 20 years of experience spanning insurance, telecommunications, and technology industries. In her 17 years with Accenture, she has held leadership positions across marketing functions and geographies. She joined Accenture in 2005 as the first marketing employee at Accenture in the Philippines. More recently, Louise served as Growth Markets M+C lead for Technology & Ecosystems and Global M+C Lead for Technology Sustainability.
In 2022, she became the Chief Marketing Officer of Accenture in Growth Markets and in her role, Louise partners with business stakeholders to support our growth agenda in the Growth Markets and leads a diverse team of marketers across geographies and culture.
She is passionate about how technology can drive change and create new value for people, business, and the society. She contributes by advocating this agenda through strategic marketing and communications campaigns that deliver impact and business outcomes.
Making a difference through corporate citizenship is another area that Louise is passionate about. In the Philippines, she led programs around education, livelihood, digital skilling, hunger, malnourishment, environment, and inclusion & diversity through the engagement and commitment of our people.
As a leader, she is committed to empowering her team and helping everyone be the best version of themselves. She strongly believes in lifelong learning and promotes the same to my team. Louise is a graduate of Organizational Communication from University of the Philippines and Executive MBA Program from Kellogg-HKUST.
She also strives to achieve balance in life. Louise enjoys traveling with her family and friends. She is a proud marathoner, and as much as possible tries to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
