Max is Corporate Director of Hoopla! the UK’s first dedicated improv theatre and training school. A thought-leader in the application of improv skills and mindsets in business, he is the author of Improvise: Use the Secrets of Improv to Achieve Extraordinary Results at Work – named a Financial Times’ top business book. Along the way he has coached teams from global brands such as Amazon, Microsoft and Unilever, and worked with the likes of Tyra Banks, Richard Branson, (Spanx founder) Sara Blakely, and the candidates on BBC1’s The Apprentice.
