Michelle holds the position of Vice President and Enterprise Architecture Head of Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank). She is a member of the Digital Integration Commitee – the Technical Governance and Oversight commitee for all of UnionBank’s subsidiaries.

Before joining the bank, she was a Senior Manager and Head of Technical Implementations under the Information Systems Group of Globe Telecom, Inc.

Ms. Rodriguez is a TOGAF 9.2 Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Enterprise Architect
