Sheridan’s mission is to help people extract more joy and meaning in their work and lives, through curiosity, experimentation and inclusion. As an experienced human-centred designer, she has driven a range of strategic and digital transformations across countries and industries, most recently as Chief Information and Technology Officer at Charter Hall – one of Australia’s leading property and fund managers – and Board Chair for the Sustainable Digitalisation Project, which works to ensure the responsible, ethical and sustainable use of digital technology and data in the built world.
Sheridan’s work in digital transformation, diversity and inclusion and sustainable digitalisation was recognised in 2023 when she won Australia’s CIO of the Year.
