With tailored content and exciting pre-day offerings, the event is designed to foster meaningful connections, spark fresh ideas, and deliver real outcomes, creating a path forward for all participants.

Join us in London for an immersive, three-day experience from June 2–4, with exclusive pre-event programming on June 2. In-person attendance offers unparalleled access to all onsite content, sponsors, and unique experiences — plus digital access to select sessions after the event. Here’s what sets the onsite experience apart:  

  • Personalized access to experts. Meet one on one with Forrester analysts to discuss your priorities and challenges. Pre-registration on the mobile app is required.  
  • Workshops led by Forrester analysts. Participate in interactive sessions featuring hands-on exercises to develop actionable strategies for driving change within your organization. No additional fee required; workshops are first-come, first served. Pre-registration on the mobile app is required.   
  • Analyst-led roundtables. Engage in vibrant discussions on trending topics with peers, expertly curated by Forrester analysts. Held during breaks, these sessions provide an exclusive opportunity to exchange ideas, gain actionable insights, and broaden your perspective with input from both analysts and industry peers. These sessions, held during lunch breaks, offer a prime networking opportunity. Pre-registration on the mobile app is required.   
  • Unmatched networking opportunities. Build connections with peers and industry leaders during marketplace receptions and meals, featuring live music and a vibrant atmosphere.  
  • Dynamic marketplace show floor. Discover cutting-edge solutions and technologies by connecting with industry-leading marketing, sales, and product vendors in person.

Digital Experience

For those unable to attend in person, digital access provides a flexible way to engage with key conference content. Digital attendees will have access to a curated selection of sessions, designed to keep you informed and inspired. 

Digital access includes: 

  • On-demand access to most Forrester keynotes and breakout sessions. In most cases, content will be available within 24 hours of its scheduled session time onsite.  
  • A selection of bonus content made available prior to the event for event attendees. 
  • A digital library of conference content, accessible until June 2, 2026.

While digital access offers valuable insights, it does not include the interactive workshops, live analyst meetings, sponsor case-study sessions, or vibrant in-person networking opportunities that make the onsite experience truly unique.

Both onsite and digital attendance options are offered at the same price, reflecting the value of the insights and expertise shared through Forrester’s conference content. To maximize your investment, we encourage you to join us onsite and take full advantage of everything this event has to offer. 

Registration Information

Registration is open to the public. Attendees can purchase tickets directly on the website. Pricing for both in-person and digital access can be found here

If you have received a discount/voucher code, please select the option to use “Credit card and/or discount voucher” and enter the code into the “Voucher Code” field. If you are a Forrester client, you may have access to event tickets as part of your overall account relationship. If you have confirmed that you have an available ticket to use, please register on the website and select the option “Pre-purchased code.” You will need to enter a registration code associated with your event ticket. Please contact your account team or events@forrester.com with any questions or to obtain your registration code. If you have confirmed that you have available service units, please select the option “Service units.” Your registration will be pending until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your service units have been processed.

Onsite Experience

One-on-one analyst meetings are among the most sought-after experiences at Forrester events, offering you the chance to dive into your organization’s top priorities with experts. Forrester analysts, covering a wide range of disciplines, will be onsite and available for these exclusive sessions. 

Full-conference attendees will receive an email when it’s time to book a meeting. Scheduling is quick and easy through the Forrester Events mobile app, so be ready to act fast — these meetings are extremely popular and fill up quickly.

The Forrester Events mobile app will be available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store approximately one month prior to the start of the event. Registered onsite attendees will receive an email when the mobile app is ready for download. The mobile app will be your roadmap for your onsite experience: You can build your agenda, network with other attendees, book meetings with sponsors, offer feedback on sessions, and more! Most presentations will also be available in the mobile app during the live event.

Analyst-led roundtables: These are focused, small-group conversations, moderated by Forrester analysts where participants can dive a bit deeper into a topic and share insights and ideas with each other. We are limiting each session to 15 registrants and there are 6 roundtables (running 30 minutes each) on the agenda. Some topics will be repeated as they are popular areas of inquiry. Pre-registration is required. 

Workshops: These are facilitated by Forrester analysts and designed to foster small-group work and exercises to help attendees sort through a challenge and leave the session with actionable outcomes, be it a “strategy on a page” or a framework that can be executed upon return to the office. These sessions will be 75 minutes long (2.5 hours for Bold Starts sessions), and there are 6 on the agenda. Pre-registration is required.

Once you have registered, you will be able to add up to two of each session type to your agenda as soon as the Forrester Events mobile app is available. If your desired sessions are already filled, we will have a waiting list procedure on-site. Simply arrive at the session 15 minutes before the session is scheduled to start, and a waiting list will be created (first-come, first-served). For every no-show, we will admit the next person on the waiting list into the session.  

Pre-registration for exclusive workshops, analyst-led roundtables, and the onsite certification workshop at the Forrester CX Summit will open in the Mobile App closer to the event. Please note that registration will close once capacity is reached, so be sure to sign up early to secure your spot in these high-demand interactive sessions.

Attendees will have several opportunities to connect with their peers: during meals and special evening receptions, at the marketplace, via analyst-led roundtables, at the Forrester Hub, and during the Forrester Women’s Leadership Program. Details of these opportunities will be shared in pre-event emails and in the mobile app.

“Ask-the-expert” sessions are new for 2025. This is a standard presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A so you can ask your questions to the presenter or panel. We have Q&A sessions on the agenda.

The Forrester Hub in the marketplace provides an important opportunity to engage with our analysts, learn about Forrester Decisions and even demo a wide array of services.  Plan to meet up at the Hub, where you and your colleagues can experience first hand the power of greater alignment and also explore how Forrester can help your organization become truly customer-obsessed.

All attendees will have access to the digital platform to watch most Forrester sessions on demand through June 2, 2026.  Keynotes will be available within 24 hours after the scheduled session. Sponsor case studies will not be available on demand. Attendees will receive access to the platform via email.
