If you have received a discount/voucher code, please select the option to use “Credit card and/or discount voucher” and enter the code into the “Voucher Code” field.

If you are a Forrester client, you may have access to event tickets as part of your overall account relationship. If you have confirmed that you have an available ticket to use, please register on the website and select the option “Pre-purchased code.” You will need to enter a registration code associated with your event ticket.

If you have confirmed that you have available service units, please select the option “Service units.” Your registration will be pending until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your service units have been processed.

We have created justification letters for anyone interested in getting approval to attend our event. There are two versions, team and individual, which both include why you should attend, what you will learn, and your expense breakdown.

The Forrester Events mobile app will be available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store approximately one month prior to the start of the event.

Registered onsite attendees will receive an email when the mobile app is ready for download.

The mobile app will be your roadmap for your onsite experience: You can build your agenda, network with other attendees, book meetings with sponsors, offer feedback on sessions, and more! Most presentations will also be available in the mobile app during the live event.

This certification programs provide in-person attendees with a curated event experience, guided practice in applying Forrester’s ideas and frameworks to their own organization, and the opportunity to earn a professional certificate and badge by completing the program requirements shown here.

Pre-registration is NOT required to participate in the certification workshop. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Analyst-led roundtables:
Focused, small-group conversations moderated by Forrester analysts where participants can dive deeper into a topic and exchange insights with peers. Sessions are limited to 10 attendees. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Workshops:
Facilitated by Forrester analysts, these sessions are designed for hands-on, small-group work and help attendees leave with actionable outcomes. Sessions are limited to 50 attendees. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pre-registration is not required for certification programs, workshops, or roundtable sessions. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Networking opportunities include meals, receptions, marketplace events, analyst-led roundtables, the Forrester Hub, the Executive Leadership Exchange (invite-only), and the Forrester Women’s Leadership Program.

The Forrester Hub in the marketplace provides an opportunity to engage with analysts, learn about Forrester Decisions, and demo services.
