Virtual care has become a gateway to in-person healthcare services during the COVID-19 pandemic. But a lack of trust in the quality of advice given in virtual care has emerged as the biggest barrier to adopting these solutions overall. Across age groups and income brackets, US online adults are concerned with the quality of advice given via virtual care, the cost and insurance coverage for the service, data privacy, and confusion on where to start using virtual care.
