Mobile banking adoption is growing at a rapid rate, and banking providers continue to invest more and more resources in their mobile services. We applied our Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to evaluate and rank the mobile offerings of the four largest retail banks in the US. This report gives eBusiness and mobile strategists at banking providers a sense of the current state of the market, a range of best practices, and a view into where mobile banking is heading. These insights will help eBusiness professionals understand what mobile features the top four US banks offer to customers, as well as how robust banks' features and functionality are via the mobile channel.
