Summary

Developer adoption of public cloud is a no-brainer. Adoption rises steadily each year, but infrastructure and operations (I&O) pros are split on whether it will replace traditional hosting options entirely or remain a developer platform. This report presents the latest North American enterprise baseline adoption data for public cloud to inform I&O pros' cloud strategies and make it possible for them to compare their progress with that of their peers. Our data is from Forrester's Global Business Technographics® Infrastructure Survey, 2015, which included 3,592 business and technology decision-makers in North America. I&O executives should use this data to discover, plan, act, and optimize on public cloud.
