As digital money management evolves from being a feature of digital banking to becoming the core functionality of many digital banking services, digital business strategy professionals need to take a more iterative approach. This report uses Forrester's POST framework to help digital teams systematically establish a strategic plan based on a sound understanding of customers' needs, clear business objectives, specific money management goals, and the underlying technology required to execute. This report was originally published on July 18, 2013. We reviewed it for continued relevance and accuracy, found that only light changes were needed, and updated it accordingly as of December 2015.
