Summary

Forrester developed its IT Balanced Scorecard for CIOs almost a decade ago, based on the original Balanced Scorecard framework proposed by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton. CIOs and their teams need new metrics to track transformation and performance. This report discusses Forrester's current Tech Management Balanced Scorecard.
