Summary

Forrester surveyed 186 SAP services client references and found that overall satisfaction and perception of pricing transparency rated high — but numerous gaps exist. Key areas that sourcing professionals should focus on when selecting a provider: pricing model offerings, SI industry expertise, and ability to measure business benefits. Analysis of the data also showed that approximately 5% of firms are incorporating outcome-based pricing models, particularly common in large deals of more than $20 million in total contract value.
