Enterprise mobility is an area of much interest and great uncertainty. Thirty-two percent of enterprise respondents to Forrester's Business Data Services Enterprise Network And Telecommunications Survey, North America And Europe, Q1 2007 cite "mobile and wireless strategy and policies" as a priority, with an additional 15% noting that it is a critical priority for their business. As the technologies that make up the mobile infrastructure continue to evolve and the infrastructure itself takes on more moving parts, identifying strategic technologies and avoiding missteps is becoming increasingly difficult.
