In 2010, most enterprise IT sourcing organizations will start taking a closer look at new telecommunications service delivery models that promise increased price flexibility and enable more self-service for telecom services procurement and moves-adds-changes management. Enterprise telecom services buyers today are more cost-conscious than ever before.
