Achieving best-in-class technology alignment across the organization requires defined interlock and governance between centralized revenue operations and other revenue operations teams and functions. Centralized and decentralized teams must align on the priorities that serve all respective teams’ business objectives, and they must build a coordinated, optimized technology infrastructure that supports these priorities. In this report, we describe the technology alignment and management responsibilities of centralized and decentralized teams within four operating-model scenarios.
