But Sweden's limited choice of insurance companies means that Swedes don't switch insurance providers that often, and often want human reassurance when they do. Online non-life insurance sales will grow slowly over the next few years to reach 525,000 by 2011, as Sweden's insurance companies use technologies like chat to convert a higher proportion of online insurance researchers into online buyers.
