While digital process automation (DPA) software is a well-established market, its focus has shifted recently to meet changing customer needs in the face of accelerating AI-led transformation. Today’s customers rely on DPA for basic automation and workflow requirements; most cite business operations as the dominant use case. As part of our recent evaluation of 15 top DPA vendors, we surveyed 34 customers of those vendors about their experiences implementing and managing DPA to find out what matters most to current DPA users.
