B2B marketplaces are becoming increasingly popular as organizations prioritize digital experiences to engage buyers and partners. A well-designed B2B marketplace improves the B2B buyer experience, drives revenue through a new route to market, increases partner performance, and is a catalyst to streamline internal processes. In this report, we share six critical components of successful marketplaces (those in which there is a fair value exchange among marketplace participants) and ways to mitigate common risks.
