Russia is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world today. In recent decades, Russia made tremendous progress in terms of democracy and the economy, but it still has a long way to go when it comes to technology uptake. Just more than half of urban Russians are online today, with the price of home computers being the main barrier to entry.
