A content audit helps a B2B organization understand the current state of its content, while informing improvements and future planning. Many organizations fail to conduct a full qualitative audit because of the time commitment and human judgment required to analyze content quality and effectiveness. A standard approach with clear audit criteria and ratings helps teams divide and conquer on their quest to improve content quality. In this report, we introduce the Forrester Qualitative Content Audit Framework, which provides a practical, objective approach for multiple stakeholders to review content quality and take specific actions based on the findings.
