B2C Organizations In Europe Prioritize Zero Trust Implementation To Increase Resilience

Due to their larger attack surface, B2C firms suffer breaches more often than their B2B counterparts. In 2022, 40% of B2C companies in Europe reported having been breached three to five times in the past year, compared with just 17% of B2B firms. B2C security leaders see Zero Trust (ZT) adoption as the right way to address the problem and realize tangible improvements: Among security decision-makers at B2C enterprises in Europe, 34% say that implementing or improving ZT security will be a top strategic IT or information security priority in the next 12 months, compared with 21% of their B2B counterparts.
