Developers are often constrained by traditional mobile development approaches, budgets, and time-to-market. Native and web-based approaches simply aren't enough to address all requirements. New alternatives enable development teams to use resources more efficiently and deliver quality mobile apps under constrained timelines. Vendors even provide tools that enable nondevelopers to deliver useful mobile apps. This report concludes that organizations will adopt multiple approaches to building mobile apps, assessing each project against the available tools.
