Brief: Understand Job Seekers' Challenges In Order To Succeed In Hiring

Although the tech employment market is hot, standing out amidst the noise generated by social media, job boards, and recruiting services is a challenge to tech pros seeking a new job. This report focuses on tech management professionals and their experiences with technology resources in finding jobs. It will help CIOs to make better decisions on how to attract candidates by understanding the successful and unsuccessful approaches from the viewpoint of the IT job seeker. The data in this report is based on survey data of IT leaders and IT pros conducted in July 2014 from TEKsystems, a global IT staffing and services firm. This is the second report using the TEKsystems data and focuses on data from IT pros. The first report, titled "CIOs: Master The Hiring Game" focuses on data from IT leaders.
